Step 3: Design Refinement You can select the prototype you like best and may have two rounds of modifications on it (i.e., color changes, wording changes, moving things around, etc.). You'll have final approval of the design before production begins. |

Round 2 |
Changes requested: combine designs, use tabs for menu, make TFS more prominent in the main graphic, show options for 1-column and 2-column pages. Amy's comments: I added the TFS logo to the header shield, and added the colors from the flame to the words "Wildfire Information Toolbox" to visually separate it from the black and white TFS logo. I revised the menu names in an attempt to differentiate between the news/photos content and the updates on individual fires. The "News, Flyers and Photos" will remain in the left sidebar for easy access. • Home page (jpg) Click here to download all three Round 2 jpgs together in a .zip file |

Round 3 |
Changes requested/AW comments: 1. The flame on the Wildfire Information graphic -- there appears to be an image of a camera and the letters ISP on it. AW: Removed; also simplified the flame on the menu tabs 2. On sub page 2, there needs to be an "Add Content" button in the upper right (so folks can upload information) AW: Done 3. On each tab on the sub page 1, we'll need a screen where the other tabs are "white" or selected and the other two are "grayed out." Either showing selected or a mouse-over. AW: Done — see notations at the top of sub page 1. 4. On the sub page 2 with the News Release, etc., can you write our Texas Forest Service, Texas Cooperative Extension and Texas Department of Transportation above the title (e.g. News Release)? AW: Done (I think I understood, but if not, do tell!) • Home page (jpg) Click here to download all three Round 3 jpgs together in a .zip file |
